Cancellation Policy

I work with several students and have reserved time for each. I ask you to be mindful of my schedule and my commitments to my other learners. If you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment (including rescheduling), please provide at least 24 hours notice. Any time after the 24 hour period will be considered as a ‘late-cancellation.’ Late-cancellations will incur a $30 fee, and no-shows will incur the full cost of the scheduled session. In the event cancellation or reschedule is due to illness or emergency circumstances, proper proof of the valid reasoning for missing the appointment will be required to waive the late-cancellation fee.
